TIME AND TYPE OF DELIVERY

Orders placed on business days are processed until 13:00 and are delivered to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are processed and delivered to the courier the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends / holidays will be processed on the next business day by 13:00. Delivery of the order can take 2-4 days in the territory of Latvia, 3-7 days in the Baltics and Europe.

Delivery takes place via Omniva parcel terminal and Latvijas Pasts throughout the territory of Latvia, the Baltics and Europe.

SHIPPING COSTS

RETURN OF GOODS

The customer has the right to refuse the ordered product within 14 days of receipt. Return costs are covered by the Customer.

Return of the product is possible if the product retains its appearance, original packaging and marking.

The funds for the purchase are returned to the seller upon the Customer's written application and are transferred to the details specified by the Customer within 7-30 days.

If defects caused during delivery (scratches, creases, tears, etc.) are found, the customer has the right to withdraw from the product immediately. Shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

IN CASE OF LOSS OF GOODS

In cases when the goods have not been delivered to the Customer, due to the fault of the postal service employees, the Seller shall cover the goods and delivery costs paid to the Customer only after the Seller has received a confirmation or compensation from the postal service.
